The Inner Material
There are two aspects of every Human,one the outer one and the other is the Inner part. Every Individual Interact with its inner part more than what it shows outside. There are many faces of an individual depending on his or her personality. Without Building the inner material strong one can never learn to live a meaningful life. Until and unless the seed is good the tree cannot be healthy and survive the harshness of the nature. likewise, the same idea goes here with the case of humans too. until and unless one’s inner material is strong one cannot achieve greatness and live a respectful life.

SUCCESS the Journey.....
As the title itself suggest that success is not mearly a destination, its a journey.The Journey which itself get started as soon as an infant is born.As the baby is brought up he realize the taste of success that comes in his way.In a way of passing the exam with good marks,winning a game and the list never ends.Many of us want to be Successful in Life,Jobs,Marriage but only few of us reach that level.It is of course not because we lack those quality and traits but due to the fact that we are not utilizing the elements of success in a complete and disciplined manner.Success has different meaning to different people.As with most of the people they want to lead a simple life,they see a small part of success because there desire stop them.They don’t desire much So they don’t get much.I may be wrong in the context so as to say that they enjoy small part of success,Because for many people success does not comes in sizes,But from my point of view it do.
Most of the times i think whether is it a matter of pure luck to be successful in life.This belief of mine took me into a deep search.and i found that it is not purely that only lucky people can be successful in their life,from here i found out that there are element of success,until and unless of all them are not involved achieving success is not possible.

Goal: There is a proverb "what a sailor is without a destination". Goal is the what the destination is and you are the sailor.Without knowing your goal you cannot identify your success. There is a chance that you get lost. knowing your goal the journey of success starts you need other elements as you move onwards. Attainment of goal is what is called a Success. Goal sets the Path on which you move to reach the destination. The path is not paved with flowers as one may think, but the truth is there are many hurdles which will comes in its way as one moves on. All the hurdles,problems can be sought out if one wishes to do it, Here comes what makes a difference between a successful and unsuccessful.The time when one fears or loose hope to move further,the line separate the two ie the Successful one and the unsuccesful one.This is the very first thing to do ie TO SET A GOAL.

Desire:It is the feeling that let someone or impel one to possess something. There is a proverb " desire for the sun at least the moon will be yours". so desiring something big will obviously led you to some place near it. It is the stating point of any achievement. To attain success one need to mix his pulsating desire with motivation and there goes the right mixture which you need to be successful. The desire to know things will slowly but eventually lead you in the path of success and you will notice that you have reached the destination.
